An event groups tasks and sets shared rules: when they run, who can see them and how often a player can win. A task inside the event has conditions and rewards. Start with one event and task, test them with a player, then expand the program.

Event settings

Field Effect
Name, description, picture Presentation in the player's task list
Run window Lifetime, daily/weekly/monthly cycle, start/end dates or a custom N-day cycle from a chosen start
Maximum wins per user Prize limit within one event window; applies in addition to condition limits
User groups, locations, verified users only Eligibility; selected locations also constrain available product rewards
Automatic reward grants Grants ready rewards without a click; “One to choose from” always needs the player's choice
Extra claim time Hours after a window ends to claim an already earned prize; it does not allow new completions
Shuffle tasks, task count Chooses a limited random subset for each recurring window
Visible to clients, Active Visibility and operating status are separate switches

Task settings

  • Conditions: All / Any. All requires every row; Any requires one. An Inline condition has a signal, target, period and relevant filters. An Achievement row refers to an existing achievement. ×N is the number of completions required for that row.
  • Maximum completions per period inside an inline condition limits that condition. Maximum wins per user limits prizes at event level; they are different caps.
  • Rewards: All at once / One to choose from. The first grants all configured rewards, the second lets the player choose one. Battle Pass XP is available only in tasks linked to a specific season. Staff hand over product rewards at the counter.

Example: weekly marathon

  1. Create a “Weekly marathon” event with a weekly window, one win per player and the intended locations.
  2. Add a task with All conditions: three visits and 600 session minutes this week. You can restrict minutes to VIP hosts at night; ordinary play time then does not count.
  3. Add 200 points and a case in One to choose from mode. Automatic grant does not apply: the player chooses.
  4. Check a test player against real sessions and filters. A new weekly window starts its own progress.

For a seasonal program, create a Battle Pass and open its Season Tasks. They use the same event and condition editor but can grant XP to that season. An unlinked task does not advance the pass.
