Tasks, achievements and membership levels use the same signals: the system measures a player's action, compares it with a target and makes a reward available. Battle Pass gains XP from season tasks; cases and codes can be rewards.

From an action to a reward

  1. The player acts in Gizmo or GGBook: starts a session, plays, pays for an order or opens a case.
  2. A signal changes. A condition compares it with a target, such as “session time ≥ 120 minutes this week”.
  3. The achievement, task or level checks its conditions and limits. A reward is granted automatically or waits for the player to claim it. Staff hand over physical products through Reward Claims.

Signal reference

Signal Unit and meaning Optional filter
Visits Days with at least one session; two logins on one day count as one visit Host groups and day/time schedule
Logins Separate sessions Host groups and day/time schedule
Session time Minutes at a computer Host groups and day/time schedule
Application time Minutes in Gizmo applications Host groups and schedule; application groups or individual applications
Money spent Player spending recorded by Gizmo Day/time schedule
Points earned GGBook points received Day/time schedule
Account age Days since registration Period is fixed to lifetime
Cases opened Number of openings Selected cases; no selection means any case
Friends invited Invitations recorded by the referral system Period; no host filter

Target is the minimum value required. Period is the counting window: day, week, month or lifetime. Calendar boundaries follow the club's time zone. When application groups and individual applications are selected, time from either selection qualifies; an empty filter does not restrict the signal.

Maximum completions per period limits repeats of one condition. A target of one daily visit with a limit of one cannot pay out twice that day. Locations, user groups and verification decide eligibility; they do not add progress.

How the mechanics connect

Mechanic Progress source Result
Achievement One signal and target Can grant a reward, act as a task condition or earn membership level score
Task One or more inline conditions or achievements Grants rewards; a season task can grant Battle Pass XP
Membership levels Score from conditions or requirements per tier Moves the player to the linked Gizmo user group
Battle Pass XP from tasks linked to its season Unlocks free and premium level rewards
Case A player key and a chance table Draws one prize; opening can itself be counted by a signal

Wallet points, Battle Pass XP and score in the membership level “Points” mode are separate quantities. A Code reward takes an available code from a prepared pool.

When progress updates

Client and server events trigger relevant checks. Background reconciliation can catch missed events, while account age changes with the calendar. Progress therefore may not update in the same second. If it stays unchanged, check the period, location and signal filters.

Automatic grants apply where enabled and no player choice is required. With “One to choose from”, the player opens the task and selects one reward. Grants are recorded so a duplicate signal does not mean a duplicate prize. A hidden, paused or expired mechanic differs from an incomplete one: check status and dates before changing its target.
