GGBook subscriptions use service-days: one day of service for one club is one service-day. The balance is tracked per Gizmo server and is consumed according to its number of locations.
Balance and trial
My Clubs → Top up subscription shows the balance, location count and projected days. Paid days are not consumed during the trial. Adding or disabling a location recalculates the balance. If a club still has a valid payment from the V2 billing system, the panel shows it separately: that payment is honoured even when the new service-day balance is empty.
V3 payment
Choose a plan and check the total for all locations on the selected server. A 15% discount applies to owners with at least three clubs across their servers. When payments are enabled and the panel is opened over HTTPS, V3 redirects you to YooKassa. Days are credited only after a confirmed payment has been checked; returning to the panel alone is not proof of payment. If the page says payments are not configured, you cannot create a new invoice.
When the balance runs out
The panel shows the subscription status. An empty balance does not mean the club has already been disconnected: an older V2 payment may still be valid, or the subscription may be under reconciliation. Club data is not deleted when a subscription ends.
