Inactive users
Finds accounts that haven't shown up for a long time — by last session and last invoice (not by balance!):
- Set how much time has passed since the last session and last invoice.
- Minimum account age protects fresh registrations: an account younger than N days is never touched, even if it has never played.
- Extras: "never played" only, user-group filter, whether to include disabled/deleted accounts.
With the result you can:
- Export to CSV — a list for analysis.
- Delete — Gizmo's standard soft delete (recoverable).
- Hard delete — irreversible removal from the database.
How it works
Always export a CSV before hard-deleting — the data cannot be recovered.
